Coleman has seen and lived within these changes and this healing.
It is possible.
It takes time but is life altering.
Humor, slowness, and the presently obscure all weave together to create a foundation of safety and exploration of self.
Coleman has received training in eye movement desensitization and preprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), polyvagal theory, mindfulness and meditation, developments in best practices and protocols for working with neurodiverse clients, and providing LGBTQ+ informed and affirming care.
Before receiving their Masters of Social Work from Boston University, Coleman studied energy work and practiced as a Reiki Therapist.
